Returns & Cancellations

We are happy to offer a 15-day return policy (fully refundable) only for items that get damaged during shipment transit. Since all our items are customized according to our customers’ requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds on personalized items at this time.

To process a return in case of damage, please follow these simple steps:

• Please make sure that you provide an unboxing video of the package in order to process the refund.
• Email us at hello@amyragifts.com with an unboxing video of the products to start the return process.
• Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email to hello@amyragifts.com with your order number within 12 hours.
